    Sometimes when I check my message board it says I'm being followed by another member. I don't understand what this means. Thanks.

    It means they are watching your posts.  Most likely because you said something they liked.  If you are being followed by a moderator that might mean you have been a thorn in someone's side.  It might mean nothing other than you said something the moderator found interesting.

    It's not bad.
