Since I was taking photos, I figured I would finally take some of my Weihrauch HW97K .177 I bought off eBay.  I really like these Weihrauch rifles.

Hard to beat.   I have a HW30 and I think it’s great.  I was real tempted to get a 97 but it’s a much larger rifle.

Buy one. You won't regret it.

    Love mine.

Now if they would just offer one with a nice piece of walnut.

    Brad870,

That's a beautiful rifle, Brislee yours too!

I've been contemplating buying one for a long time. I have my eyes set on a new PCP right now, but after that I'm going to add some more, better quality springers to my arsenal. The HW97K is at the top of my list. They're great guns and shoot lights out!

I wished the brown/green laminate was available on the 97K. Both laminates are beautiful, but I really like that brown/green. If it was available on the 97, I would have bought it instead of the Beech. I think the Beech is beautiful too though.

    Awe hell…….they're all beautiful!

I agree buddy.  They really are well built pieces of art.  And they simply shoot and are easy to shoot well.

Put this together to shoot field target but I have been shooting NRA silhouettes offhand with it for a month now and I think that is what I will use it for this year.

I bought the synthetic stock version from Krale with a Vmach 12fpe tuning kit.  Been practicing for field target.  Shortened the stock to have a 12" length of pull.  Scope wheel, knee riser and butt hooks were 3d printed.  Shooting this more now than my pcps.

I do too Brad!  I have a couple of Motorhead tuned HW97Ks and I couldn’t be happier with his work!  After watching a few videos I thought it might be fun to tune one myself (JM 12# kit, adjust the trigger, polish sears etc).  As I didn’t want to mess with either of the tuned guns I started looking everywhere for a cheap used 97 to experiment with.  The only problem is that there ain’t no cheap used 97s!  In a moment of single malt induced weakness I ordered another one from Krale. How about it Brad – 3 of em about right?              Uj
