Weihrauch HW110 Regulator

Ok I like Weihrauch airguns, but have never owned one of there PCP's. But every time I read about them or watch a video it is mentioned that although they are regulated but that it is not a normal regulator. In an interview with the head of Weihrauch he stated that they are (self regulated).

So my question is if it's not a regulator as most of us know in the PCP world just what is it ? How are they regulated ? I have never seen or read where a Weihrauch regulator gave problems, has been replaced or even been adjusted. So are they better, worse, are they even difrent and only the terminology is different.

I have searched for pictures and never found any.

I think I want a Weihrauch HW110 ST carbine nonFAC (12fp) but would like to know how they work and what I am buying.

Thanks guys !

Had not seen either one of those and I been looking for a while. Knew the the HW100 was regulated using a regular Belleville washer regulator.

But in all the tests and interviews about the HW110 its like they are in some kind of denial how its regulated. Looks like the regulation is nothing new or out of the ordinary. Still need to do some more thinking about it, but right now no rush Krale is out of stock on the carbine in 12FP. That is the only place I have found them offered.
