Thank you very much for your advice. i wasn't aware that I could reduce the weight by replacing the air tube cylinder. I will investigate this as an option.

About your hunting partner......I assume he is happy with the accuracy of his HW100. Any idea which pellets he is using?

Hi, yes the accuracy of the HW100 is very good. The best pellets are JSB Exact 16 and 18g. But every rifle is different.

do you mean PRECISION right. Accuracy is more about the shooter and the scope, turrets and the wind etc.

I just started to use my Weihrauch HW100 Carbine PCP Air Rifle. While it appears to be extremely accurate, I am really disappointment with the huge amount of air that it is using. I am only getting about 24 shots from a completely full cylinder to the yellow. This seems not only crazy to me.

I will appreciate as many persons as possible to weigh in on this and share your reviews.

Turn the hammer spring down,where your getting 800 to 825 fps. with a 14.5 pellet 5.5mm.Should be getting 3 clips to a fill.

willy, at what bar in the cylinder your power drops off, did run a full chrono string?

Would you mind giving me an update on how your 100 is doing?

mines is just a little stubby 5.5mm gets about 3 clips to a charge.815 fps. 14.5 cp. I use it to make sure other gun are function well,this thing just does'nt get any better" please dont wake the dog.

Thats 28 shots to a charge.What kinda fps.are you doing?
