Watch & Discuss the Benjamin Fortitude regulated

Nice review. The price point is good for the potential of this rifle. Give folks a year or two and the mod/improvements from the AG community will be numerous. The Fortitude could be the basis for a lot of nifty alternative models by crosman: bullpup, carbine (larger than the Prod), etc.

Oh, and those "love" bugs....wow. Haven't seen them swarm like that since the 80's/ early 90s. They used to be horrible along the interstates and secondary roads....would take the paint off your car if you tried scrubbing them off after the spatter was dry.

What an amazing opportunity! I am new to the PCP world and just started out with my gauntlet and man do I have the bug now. 

My next gun for myself will be the FX STREAMLINE, but I want to get the Fortitude for my Grandson. He loves shooting my old Crosman pump, but loves my gauntlet even more. It is heavy for him, but shooting off the bench is ok. I will buy him a Fortitude for Xmas, but if I should win this I will definitely give him the Xmas of a lifetime.

I do have a guestion for everyone out there, Why do these PCP air guns only get sold online?? Why does it seem like no one even knows that they exist? I'm from Central New York and there is absolutely know where to touch or feel a PCP Air Rifle. Why doesn't any of the big box stores carry them on the shelves! Ok a couple guestion said lol.

Looks like what I would expect to get at that price point. Not knocking it.

We had a Marauder (loved it) but it was just too bulky and heavy for my son (turning 9) to use so we ended up selling it to a friend and just using our Discovery. A lighter repeater would be great, and that Fortitude looks like a great option! Doesn't look like they've made it up to Canada yet.

Good idea so far as weight and price point are concerned. But it definitely needs a better trigger, which Baker Airguns has addressed. At my age, a light first PCP would be most welcome.

It’s good to see entry level priced guns with such quality to get people introduced to out favorite sport. I also was entertained by all the bugs. Thanks for another great review.

The lovebugs are a pain.I thought he was going to put a white target down rang and use them lovebugs for target practice. They love anything white like his van.lol.

Nice job Steve. I love the simplicity and functionality of the Fortitude. The price point is amazing. I am always impressed by Benjamin's willingness and drive to compete. Not everyone can afford or justify spending $700+ on an air rifle and this platform gives the ability to enter into the world of regulated pop shooting without breaking the bank. Thank you Benjamin!

If this gun is as effeicent as stated then hunting with it will be fun,unlees you just plink while you hunt! Lol

I dont do that but I know shooting something thats accurate is fun because you challenge yourself how far you can hit accurately !

Has anyone installed the trigger modification that was mentioned in the video ?

Another great review Steve! Would love the Benjamin Fortitude rifle as my first pcp. May well purchase in .25 when it is available. "Kudos and Thanks" to Crosman, Sportsmatch Ring UK., & JSB Predator International, and all those involved putting this shooting package together.

I Really enjoyed your review. Based on the Fortitude review, I went and watched other videos of yours on Youtube. I have the Marauder Field and Target but it is a little heavy for this old guy. I lighter gun will be greatly appreciated. I just hope I get a good one without problems that have been discussed.
