Was thinking Taipan veteran .25 but now...

I have started seeing images and videos of the Raptor. Looks like the same type of barrel for the .25 LW. The accuracy video that he posted looks amazing. The shot count should be a little better with the raptor. The overall length on the raptor would be longer but looks like the weight should be around the same. I have never held a bullpup so the raptor could fit me better, not sure. Could anyone tell me what I'm overlooking, I'll still pretty green in the air rifle world, I only have one at the moment Thanks again for all the help.

kxthor, I too was looking at a Veteran Long, RAW LRT, Brocock Sniper HP and a War Warp but ended up pre ordering a JSAR Raptor because of Travis and their custom builds they have been doing along with other platforms they had been apart of. The Raptor checked every box I was looking for and then some. Highly configurable for power, caliber for high shot counts in a 350cc bottle which shows how efficient their in house valve and regulator are, not to mention the barrels available. Also having one of the owners build your gun is quite impressive as well as the communication. I can PM them on the boards to get any questions answered and warranty work is a no brainer. Just my reasons for ordering from them.

kxthor, I think I ordered it last month on the 18th. Not sure on when it will be built...they say 6 weeks but it is their first run so...not sure! I ordered a .22 (not a slug barrel, will order one of those down the line) in red and black.

I'm def still getting a taipan vet long in 25 because I really want a bull pup to shoot heavys over 900 and that gun is the ticket but I will def prob end up with a raptor 25 with a slug barrel as long as they can crank it up over 900 prefer closer to 950. being single has its advantages!!! lol

Don’t know if you saw any of the videos, but, at a low 137bar reg pressure Travis was pushing .25 cal 25.4gr pellets at 950fps quietly and you can crank up the reg pressure :).

I have seen the videos, that's what got me so interested.
