Two mags, every pellet touching  bullseye…I am thinking did I get lucky with this Prod or is that typical of them?I was also thinking wow this Prod is as accurate as my 1720 ,so then shot my 1720….well .22 vs..177 holes… close, but 1720 gets the nod….what fun …shooting pistols  that are accurate and not too fussy.

Yep,these are keepers for sure…and what great deals I got on them…..remember Crosman Christmas sells….

Boscoebrea one of my favorites, and was my first PCP.  I've found it to be a great backyard AG with it's low noise and power.  Sometimes you just don't need 30 fpe and over.  It will also take a regular sized Predator pellet in it's mag.  I've had mine since 2014 and it has preformed without any issues.  I've read where others have not had good accuracy with theirs so maybe we were both lucky and each got a good shooter.  It will also shoot a Crosman Premier (CP) about as good as anything.

I love my Prod  I bought it about a year after it came out and the accuracy was ok with fts pellets not so good with others but the more I shot/cleaned/polished it it got better

I have put 4 chps in the same hole at 23 yds the fith one was almost touching.  I keep looking at getting a new compact pcp and then I look at my Prod and wonder why.

It wears a 6x bug buster and AR stock with after market laminated grips.  I don't get on with my 1720 though.

You guys almost made order one of these. I had the order forum filled out. But got off the page. I have 3 .177 rifles Huntsman, Wolverine, and a AA S400 all of them are Long! I really think I would like a compact rifle, but would I use it. I have a 1701 and a 1720 both are accurate and wear a red dot. I shoot the 1720 more shooting like a handgun anything out to 25 yards isn't safe. But its a little loud. I like the pictures I see of the AR stock. But is it wise to go into a P-Rod purchase planning to spend more money on the pistol? After adding more money its still a p-rod. I also hear some say buying a p-rod is a gamble, some are good some are not. However its only a few hundred bucks. I also think about a Taipan but if it doesn't fit my desire I spent 4-5 times the money. I hate reselling. I end up with a room full of guns I don't shoot. I see guys that buy a gun and sell them the same day. They are my heroes.

    Morning rant over, Jim

My Prod is in a Corcoran carbine stock, they are beautiful and somehow brings out the best in that pistol, course now it is a little carbine,I am thinking to myself I don't need no bullpup….this is a sweet shooter…and still a lot less than a Taipan…that stock can also fit the 1720,but I want multi shot capabilities….do some research it just may become your next pistol  that can also become a carbine and back again….

I do not think the Prod gets enough credit…it is so versatile….
