Baker has a used Texan SS for $800 listed on his site currently so you can price it accordingly. The Texan runs $150 less than an SS version of the same gun when new! IMHO a Centerpoint and a Harris (or clone) adds less than $100 used to the guns value. I would offer $700 and possibly go up to $750 if I encountered the same deal and was looking for said gun AFTER a thorough inspection which would include degassing and removing the valve from the tank to see if any water or corrosion was visible in the tank and a thorough check of the barrel and the barrels crown.

I went ahead and put it in layaway. I’ll take a chance on it. Going to use it for a loaner gun for some friends that want to try airguning some pigs. Never know, I might see about putting the 50cal kit on it for squirrel hunting.
