WARNING sending large $$$ Western Union and Wal-Mart 2 Walmart-!

If you aren't sending it to a FAMILY MEMBER the recipient may likely get denied getting paid from their end no matter if you insist it's not a scam and call Western Union or Wal-Mart they just hang up on you when you make a big stink about it.

Apparently too many victims are getting scammed so they implemented a DO NOT PAY recipient even if the money was sent with transfer control number and 2 forms of identification given.

They ask you 100 questions from both ends if it's for a FAMILY MEMBER. Even the recipients side if it's not family likely denied payout even if the funds are available.

These days I'd bet some majority of Western Union's business is from scammers. Many are scammers ripping off relatives, or pretending to be related to someone whose identity has been stolen. In the age of Zelle, Venmo, & Paypal, the only reason Western Union continues to survive is by facilitating these kinds of thefts. I only blame Wal*Mart for having WU in the first place...

Was going to purchase a used rifle I found here a few weeks ago. I bailed when they wanted a WM money transfer rather than paypal. It wasn't a good enough deal to make me want to take that risk for saving a couple hundred bucks off a new rifle. If the seller had accepted paypal, I'd have made the transfer immediately... I don't necessarily think the seller was a scammer, but I wasn't interested in finding out the hard way either. Caveat Emptor

I bought a Airforce pellet gun using Wal-Mart Transfer and the sale was completed in under an hour. The seller was given a Transaction pin number and Had to show an I.D. card and was Paid the cash money. Cost to me was 1-1/2 % Not PayPal 2.9% for goods and services, unless you use Friends at 0-% from your PP cash balance. All in all if your going to get ripped off and scammed using PayPal with the 2.9% charge for a covered item. YOU NEED TO READ THE ITEMS NOT COVERED IN PAYPAL's INFO. NO GUN's Period Air or whatever

Well my bank gave me a hard time using Zelle. Told them i knew who i was sending it to. They are gonna do what they want apparantly with my money. I talked to bank manager and their zelle customer service with no return calls or assitance. Had to mail the guy a check. Also i have bought expensive stuff used online including NV. Its always a gamble but i have had great success. If you get a funny feeling trust it and dont go through with it.
