I ordered a Vulcan tactical .25 cal about a month ago from Joe at “air tanks supply” within a month I shot approximately 4 tins of .25 kings through it and loved it so much that I just ordered a Vulcan2 .25 tactical from Tony at “TalonTunes” .. all I can say is ,YOU BETTA GET YA ONE .............

Please Can you make a comparison between the vulcan tactic and the vulcan 2 Tactic?

Well I just received my Vulcan 2 Tactical from Joe in .25. Just waiting for my scope now. I will update on it with pictures in a few days. I was a little concerned if it would fit my build.

I am 6' 5" 240. I got mine in synthetic, dropped the stock pad as low as it would go and its a very nice and balanced fit. I like having the side lever on the left.

First morning with the Talon Tach .25. Upper left is JSB 25 grs, upper right is JSB 33's, center is with the 25's and lower right is with the 33's again. All 4 of these targets are with 2 clips each so 18 shots. Distance is just over 50 yds. This is in my backyard and was dead calm. I have not touched the settings. It is box stock from the dealer. I have the Sumo on and it is very quiet. The hammer strike is louder than the air.

The lower left is the neighbors wife and her 13 yr old son. Its amazing to me that he is thirteen and has never had a gun in his hand. He had a good time and really got into the whole thing about shooting and accuracy. I put up targets just for him and to shoot. I got out my 1077 and let him shoot all he wanted.

I was about to conclude that the 34gr pellets grouped slightly tighter than the 25.4 gr. Then, I saw your center target. What is your opinion on the two pellet weights?

Any chronograph reading on the two pellets?

PS I'm anxiously awaiting the delivery of my Vulcan2 tactic in .25 cal. I was sold on the Vulcan when I got better accuracy from my Vulcan .22 cal (32-33 fpe) than my FX Impact .25 (56 fpe) at 50 yards.

Hi 2 Many,

I do not have a Chrony. When shooting these groups I had almost 1 hole groups for three or four shots with both weights but then the human factor takes over. I don't think I can call which is better at this pt.

I will say I was happy enough with this the way it was delivered to just leave it alone. Even the trigger is very nice. The lever is not quite as smooth as the FX's but then its brand new. Let us know how your new rifle does.
