I went out today and shot two birds in a row at 115 yards one at 50 another one at 85 and one around 70. The 115 yard shot is the longest one i have ever made and to do it twice this gun is beast i'm loving this thing and i only got it two days ago. And this knock down power of the .25 cal is amazing you can here the thud alot louder the .22.

I've had my Vulcan .25 for a little over a week now. Already put 30 or so English Sparrows to sleep with head shots at 25 yards! Had to clean the bird brains off of my tube feeder!
I decided to open up the distance some after gaining confidence in my gun and went 3 for 3 on Starlings from 65 yards.......Picked off my neighbors roof top!.....The SMACK of the pellet hitting those birds is louder than the gun!.....LOL
The Vulcan is so much fun! It's almost unfair to the pest it will be eliminating......Can't wait to open up on some Crows at 100 yards.

I know what you mean about the SMACK this is the first .25 cal I've ever had and this thing hits like a hammer! at 90 yards they don't stand a chance but i need to brush up a little on shots over 100 the guns definitely capable but I've never had a gun that is able to take those long range of shots. Good shooting i feel sorry for the crows already (not really

Just out of curiosity; in which way are crows pests in your area?
Don't get me wrong, If I had a pest control gig and the farmer said that the crows are pests, I would shoot them.

Not so much a pest in my neighborhood, but friends down the road complain of crows pecking up their their fruit crops and making so much noise in the early mornings they get woken very early. They have also said that these particular birds are bringing road kill into their bird baths, ( turtles, snakes, etc.).....I assume to soften them up for consumption. Anyways, I'm not a crow hunter, but eliminating one or two will probably drive the others off.

Yes sir, that .25 is something else. I'm so hooked on that authoritive smack down range. I agree the Vulcan is a hell of a package. I've put down record groundhogs this year because of this gun.
