Here is the thing - I bought Vortex Viper PST gen2 2-10x32 and it appears that the parallax markings does not match reality. I set target to 20y but I must set parallax to 30y to have a sharp image. lt looks like it focuses down to 10y instead 20y. I asked the store where I bought it and it appeared that other scopes have the same issue. Just don't know what to do. Does anyone had similar problem?

That’s interesting. I’ve never paid any attention but mine does the same thing. Doesn’t bother me because I never rely on a focus knob to range anything on any scope unless I make a custom label side wheel.

Trying mine out now and it definitely focuses clearly down to 10 yards at 10X. The focus yard marking are about 10 yards off and decreases at about 90 to 100 yards.

All that being said, it’s one heck of a fine high quality scope for a bullpup or small carbine.
