Got the new replacement in the mail yesterday after seven days from them receiving it, including a weekend with a holiday. It was sent USPS 2-day priority mail. Can't beat that service. I am back in business👍. I will be a lot more careful where I place the rifles from now on. THANK YOU, VORTEX.

Many items do IF you used a credit card to purchase them. Many people don't know all the benefits a CC company provides.

Indeed. The other unrealized benefit to buying scopes from other "premium" manufacturers is that they'll usually take care of you just as Vortex does, but they do not make it the centerpoint of their marketing.
