vinyl wrap

I pick up some vinyl wrap from my local Oreilly’s auto parts store. It’s one of the best I found so far for the price.

I've tried a number of brands and found I got the best results with "3M" CF heavy vinyl wrap.

They are not all created with the same pattern, color, thickness, etc...so read up on the description before you buy. AND...AND...watch Youtube videos on application techniques. Appearance is everything with a 'wrap' and it adds nothing if it's filled with bubbles, puncture holes to eliminate air pockets, and/or has a crooked seam line.

Further, thicker is better, easier to handle, and don't go cheap. Buy good stuff for best results, and buy enough for at least two to three tries at application!!!!!!!

The link I sent you is for VVivid. But that 3M sounds like something I would want to check out. 

I personally have very little experience with wrapping, have only done a few very easy projects, but used 3M on the advice of a friend that has far more experience than I, it’s definitely thicker and is much more durable than some others.
