Great video. I stand on their wings then pull by the legs to breast them. It works great but its easier while they are fresh right after they have been shot. Makes it easier to carry also when you just have the breast in the game bag if you get your limit. I get lots of grouse here in MT. My mom would make grouse and dumplings its one of my favorite recipes for grouse.

Grouse dumplings sounds great I’ll have to give that a try. I wonder if you can breast out a duck and goose the same way?

Great shot! I know guys that would miss that shot with a shotgun. I wish the air gun was legal to harvest grouse with in WI.

Thanks, yeah we’re lucky here as far as some hunting laws are concerned. Lots of weapon options to hunt things with. I wish we could hunt turkey and waterfowl with airguns though.
