Veradium Air ??!!

Unfortunately this is the first time I can think of "in my entire life" that I've been both so incredibly dismayed, and so totally dissatisfied with a vendor, that I feel like I need to post something about it to warn others.

Coming up on 6 weeks since I first called Brian on February 21st about the Tuxing compressor to ask questions about it then verbally ordering it on March 5th. I was told the Tuxing shipped weeks ago and it never arrived. As you will see by the screenshots I was not dealt with honorably. It comes down to Brian not being honest about delivery times, and also dodging/avoiding me, as well as making excuse after excuse, and not sending tracking info. I highly doubt the Tuxing had shipped and Brian is lying about that. I have proof of the texts stating so as well. I've seriously never been treated like this before??!!

Backing up a bit, Brian was expecting delivery of the shipment to his business before the 5th and was supposed to call to let me know if it had arrived or not so I could decide to go with Veradium Air and the Tuxing, but he didn't call of course so I called him on the 5th and texted my email and address which I didn't include here on AGN for obvious reasons.

He didn't call right back that day "of course". I called and offered my CC number which he said he didn't want until after I got the Tuxing saying he didn't want me to be bothered with it since my mother had died on March 27th and he was shipping the Tuxing out. The excuses continue to this day including dental surgery.... I called multiple times and texted him back and forth 20 or so times after these posted texts, with him saying he shipped the Tuxing but refusing to send tracking info. I hoped for it to work out because Brian gave me a good price but at this point I wouldn't do business with him because I was lead on the whole time. Pretty sad story isn't it! I got fed and whoever reads this is duly warned to his business practices to me. BTW I've had to have my SCBA filled 6 times now when I should have had the Tuxing almost a month ago. I also have to try to find another compressor which means starting all over again.

Here's the last few texts

Looks like you're in AZ and NUVAIR is in CA which is really close.

Otherwise Palm Beach Airguns has a Daystate Type2 (MCH6 NOT SURE of it has scuba breathable air filtration though) for $2800.

Still the Coltri MCH6 for sure has quality dry breathable filtered air in both Gas and Electric models which are already time tested proven reliable units.

Thanks for your condolences Odoyle.

I just wish he had said something like, sorry man but I can't sell you one of these soon, then I could have moved on. I am trying to imagine where the disconnect in his mind came from that he can justify treating people like this??? Maybe the whole shipment was a bad batch and he didn't want the word to get out?? Nevertheless honesty is always the best policy.

Extremely Frustrating

220V is hard to do because I live in a tiny house and our other house is going to be rented out soon. Actually a gas engine compressor would be best but $$$$.

ACTUALLY THE COLTRI MCH6 GAS VERSION IS THE CHEAPER ONE AT $2500.

I RECOMMENDED IT TO MARGARET (MIGRAINE) IN REPLY TO HER PM ASKING FOR A GOOD RELIABLE COMPRESSOR AND SHE BOUGHT ONE FROM NUVAIR AS SUGGESTED IS VERY HAPPY WITH IT.

IN FACT SO HAPPY SHE COMPLETELY UTTERLY FORGOT ABOUT ME HERE AND RAN OFF TO JOIN ANOTHER FORUM TO EVEN BRAG ABOUT IT.

😱

Brian is in Texas, global logistics has been rather slow and I wouldn’t blame Brian for it. Also damn thing is crazy heavy so most likely he is shipping via cheapest method which might not have a tracking. I totally get your frustration and my dealing with him also got delays but he was relatively good about it but I didn’t really pester him because I knew there would be delays. He is a small shop and doing everything himself so it’s not easy but communication could of been better but again he is juggling all the balls all the time. I don’t have doubt that it would eventually show up but unfortunately delay is expected.

Thanks Odoyle, yeah $2500 is pretty pricey but no doubt worth it in the long run but I would need to sell some stuff to go that way.

He said the compressor was supposed to arrive Friday the 2nd of April but never sent tracking info which makes me believe it wasn't shipped. I told him in a voicemail that I had to have shipping info because if the truck dropped it off when we weren't here someone could steal it. We live on the dead end of a dirt road that people tend to trespass on, and that's my garage, the front of which is not visible from my house. I have been checking a couple times a day but this whole THING is stupid to begin with!

Mike I assumed Tony bought his from Veradium but I'll contact him. The main reason I wanted to go with Brian was that he supposedly breaks in and tests?! I'm not handy so if a compressor breaks down it's gonna cost me.

WAIT-A-MIN U JUST BOUGHT A STEYR PRO-X NO-?

MAN FEED IT SCUBA CERTIFIED CLEAN DRY BREATHABLE AIR FROM A COLTRI MCH6 (NO DON'T U DARE EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING THE DAYSTATE 110 MCH3 IT'S ONLY RATED AT 3400PSI FILLS REALISTICALLY NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU)-!

I had to jump on the ProX when the getting was good. I traded a couple scopes + cash, and it just so happened he lived in Phoenix and I had to be down there anyway to pick up some relatives at the airport.

I love that ProX!!!

Steve, I don't think he bought it from Veradium. The break in is easily done yourself, and doesn't take much. If you get one I'll walk you through it and the operations...

I might have to take you up on that offer. Thanks Mike!

Brian texted me on the 14th that the Tuxing had been returned back to him due to damage in shipping. Don't know if I believe that but I haven't heard back from him since then saying he was going to get me another one. I didn't return any communication because - why bother. It was a week previous, Wednesday the 7th, that he texted stating dental surgery was his excuse.

My Yong Heng was ordered on Monday of this week from Walmart and it arrived a few minutes ago, on the 23rd. Too think I could have filled my SCBA 7-8 times by now within the same time frame from beginning of my Tuxing order??? That's $70-$80 for those fills, which could have been taken directly off the price of my Yong Heng. $265 - $80 = $185, kinda like I would have saved that amount.

I always prefer to speak directly with an individual, we respond our phones and texts, and emails as rapidly as we can. Steve123 requested a compresor the first units to come in from overseas were not viable to reship due to damage. More were ordered and finally came in, A unit was prepped and sent out to Steve123, were delays there absolutley, we decided to send the unit and let him know he could pay for it after it arrived for the hassle. While the unit was in transit I was notified of damage to the container, I requested a BVV and the unit was returned to Veradium the afternoon of the 13th. Damage was extensive, On the morning of the 14th Steve123 was notified by phone (got viocemail), text, and email that the unit was damaged and we offered to email images submitted to the carrier of the damage and get another out. We have received no reply to this date. I regret the inconvience steve123 dealt with, but there was no malice or affor thought to create delays. We have reworked internal proccesses to reduce delays we are working with suppliers and shippers to reduce damages in shipments. I thank you for your time and consideration and leave you with this.

I do the very best I know how, the very best I can and I mean to keep doing so until the end. If the end brings me out alright, what is said against me wont amount to anything. If the end brings me out wrong, ten angels swearing I was right would make no difference.
