UTG TBNR Pro bipod. Made in America!

UTG TBNR Pro bipod. Made in America! I said why not give it a try.

Seemed sturdy enough build quality, and the functionality was good.

I found its flaw; once locked down the bipod still had play and I was able to shift it around.

It was stiff but hardly rock solid locked like my Atlas. I reached out to the maker to see what they have to say.

Maybe i got a bad unit? Pictured sitting next to my Atlas.

I got mine for $150 so I gave it a shot. The build quality seems very well made, like it could take a bomb. 8.5 / 10. Not battle proven, but hey I'm shooting an air rifle not going to war.

The design flaw with the lock lever not holding firm is a big minus. Possible a bad unit which would speak bad on the quality control. If you get the unit at 125-150 and they fix the locking issue, its a solid contender. Also the lever is way too short to get any good leverage when locking the bipod down. They need to improve the locking and / or extend the locking lever.

In the end it might go back if they don't resolve it and I'll pick up another Atlas.
