Utah Airguns seems hit or miss these days?

I've been trying to get my hands on a .22 500mm barrel kit for my Impact. I tried to order it from Huma-Air because they have had it in stock for a few months now. (I've been waiting for it to be in stock at Utah) normally I do all my business through Utah when ever possible. But I contacted them and they told me that FX hasn't announced the release of that kit yet???

Huma had it available for a few months, and I just got an Email from FX USA that the .22 500mm barrel kits are in stock and can be ordered by the dealer??

Not sure what is going on? Almost seems like they don't want to make it available? Or order it?

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience lately?

Utah air gun slipped on me with my recent shopping. I ordered specifically "in stock" parts and ammos so that all things will be shipped in one big package and fast. But after two weeks of waiting it was still not in front my door. So I called, and it turned out that one gun part in my order was in fact out of stock and the whole package was waiting for it to be shipped, although it shows "in stock" on the web.

+ 1 for a phone call. They've been swamped with the extremely high demand, the economy in it's current state and with RMAC and NRL in the same month; they've got guys all over the place right now. Some at events, some off, some at the store. I'm sure that affects everything. I waited 2 weeks for an in-stock gun myself recently. Be patient. They're usually lighting fast and don't mess orders up.

I've always had great service with UA. I always call because I usually have a question or want advice. The FedEx hub near me is absolutely terrible and I asked Utah to please not ship via FedEx. They were very accommodating and put a "No FedEx" note in my customer profile. Yesterday I ordered a few parts for my Impact with Travis and they shipped today.
As said above I'd call with a big or important order. They're great guys to talk to.

One only needs to step into UA store to appreciate how busy they really are. I have met most of the staff and know that anyone of them would never intentionally "stiff" anyone. I have always been treated fairly at UA. I have been dealing with UA since 2017.
You’re local.

For us that use their website - their service is trash.

here’s my experience:

I called in and verified the buy 3 tins and get 4. Placed my order only to get stiffed when the order got here. I did not receive any of the free tins on a 600$ order. I called in and got treated like dirt.

They won’t be getting anymore of my money

Damn you have any proof of that? that seems odd mainly because it isn't buy 3 tins get 4, its buy 4 and get 5. So maybe it was you who made the mistake.

You’re right I got the number of tins wrong. Here’s my proof sir. Anything else ? I called to confirm my order before purchasing

They have treated me well, answering many questions over a period of time to help me understand and get my order figured out. They didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. I have been upsold, lied to, and treated poorly on a large purchase before. It makes me appreciate honest business all the more. I, for one, will gladly do business with them again.

When you add any ammo but what they list it shows quantity of 5 for the cost of 5, when you add 5 tins of what they listed, it lists 4 and then 1 for the total of 5 but the singular listing is marked $0.00.

Yes I know that , I can read. It’s clearly stated on their website as well.

Again - I called to verify before placing my order and was given the email response that I attached. I paid for 5 tins and did not receive any free

You didn't buy any tins though you bought what was out of their policy for the buy 4 get 1 free

Never had an issue with Utah airguns, I also don't bother them on pre-order. Just wait for the email with tracking.

Talontunes has three .22 call 500mm kits in stock. This is where I order my 500mm barrel kits. I've been searching for months looking for the .177 500mm kit. They were the only vendor that had them.

Camoflash, I can speak with certainty that it is NOT UA's policy to treat walk in customers any differently than call in customers or online order customers.

do you want to make it right by sending out the tin ? Honestly. I’ll say it again for everyone to hear clearly including CT -

1. Called in to verify order
2. I was told Nielsen would qualify for the tin discount
3. I was not shipped the free tin.

This was my experience. If you don’t understand that - I can’t help you.
