I had posted my experience regarding a purchase from Utah Airguns earlier today and how I was treated by an employee. I WAS extremely disappointed with how they treated me and handled the situation. I understand as a business owner myself that it’s not always easy to convey your message and enthusiasm that you have for your company and the standards that you hold as an owner regarding customer service to your employees. I was contacted today by Austin one of the owners of Utah Airguns. He first said that he is not calling to make any excuses for how I was treated or what was done . He just wanted to make things right . It’s not easy to except the short comings as a company and the mistakes your employees may make along the way when you are a new company but he was a champion in doing just that . He listened to my side , he actually LISTENED . He was professional in every way not at all , not even once condescending . He was genuinely concerned about what happened and how I was treated and what he could do to make things right . I could see the passion for the Airgun community and the standards that he holds dear to him regarding customer service. I can say without any hesitation that I would absolutely recommend Utah Airguns as a place to go to purchase your Airguns and accessories. My experience with Austin and how he handled it was outstanding to say the least . He is an owner that cares about his company and his companies good name . Austin absolutely completely resolved the issue . Utah Airguns has earned back my business . What a great owner !! Great job Austin !!
