Utah Airguns or FX Airguns USA

Fx is the maker. Utah airgun is the retailer/importer. Utah airgun does not make fx gun. They only sell it. If you buy it from utah airgun then you can contact them for service. I'm sure guys at utah airgun have experience with working with fx gun and will try to get it fix. If they cant they would send it to fx which is the maker. Same as if you buy it from prymaid air or airgun depot. And you have a problem, you contact them and they will give you a return number. You ship it back to whichever retailer you bought it from.

You better hope they do if you're waiting for FX you get here grayer than mine!

~~~~~~~~
I'm considering a .177 caliber bullpup. The Wildcat is high on my list, as is the AGT Uragan and the EDgun R5m Matador.
The Wildcat is first on the list, however, I am reluctant to deal with a company that has a long backlog of work.
I will make my decision by Friday on which .177 to go with.
Any input from AGN membership is encouraged.
You dont have to deal with fx. If you have any problems. Its cover 1 year warranty. You contact the retailer you buy it from. Say you buy it from utah airgun, that's who you contact with your receipt order number. If you buy it from prymaid air, you contact prymaid air. These company are pretty good at helping you with your problems. If they cant fix it they will replace or refund it. So idk why people complaining about they wont get help if they buy a fx product. Then dont buy a fx gun..simple as that.
Thanks for the information.
The FX Wildcat mk2 .177 cal tops my list.
Currently, I own an FX Wildcat .25 caliber and a Wildcat mk2 .30 cal. Not to mention 3 FX Impacts and an FX Royale 500. The Wildcats and the Royale have been supremely accurate and trouble-free.
Most dealers don't service FX airguns-- not Pyramyd Air, nor does Airgun Depot; the vast majority of repairs will end up at FX-USA. When a gun is very new and has out-of-box issues you can sometimes get refunds or exchanges from non-service dealers like the above.
To quote from their website:
"Pyramyd Air is an authorized airgun repair station for Air Arms, Air Venturi, Anschutz, Beeman, Benjamin, Crosman, Diana, Eun Jin, Evanix, Feinwerkbau, IZH-Baikal, Norica, Sam Yang, Seneca, and Weihrauch airguns. Call us before you send us your rifle or pistol. For all repairs please call 888-262-4867 to obtain all the needed information to set up your repair. Our turnaround times are 4 - 6 weeks"
2manyairguns,
Based on your user name, I’m assuming you9nhave been down thins path before. My opinion is to focus on the product you are considering. Then buy from someone that you Believe will support your purchase. If you are unsure about manufacturer then you should consider others. Any product is attached to service, the answer lies in their commitment Tom service the products they sell. If the vendor is not confident in the product you should reconsider the manufacturer. Pretty simple in the end.
My better half gave me the username, an accurate description of my airgun arsenal for sure.
I prefer to deal with vendors who are upfront and honest with me. No one is perfect and no produce is perfect. I understand that problems arise with these airguns and I will be patient and understanding when the vendor communicates with me and takes my calls when problems arise. That is all that I ask.
Then you probly don't want to deal with Airgun Depot. I ordered an Impact-x from them and they sent me a regular impact. When I called them about the mistake they talked me into believing that the only difference was the barrel and they would send me one. Many months later I find out that it will cost me $600+ to upgrade my gun to the Impact-x that I had originally ordered. So they basically did the bait and switch thing to me with a $2000 gun.
