Utah Airguns?

They've been top notch with me. I bought everything you see here, and then some.  

I bought my FX Crown Continuum from them in April, along with a Hassan Spark compressor. I’ve since picked up a FX radar chronograph, a bunch of pellets and various small bits. I’ve been very happy with their customer service.

I have not had the best of luck with them....

Ordered a FX Dreamline (used)....When I received it there was an air leak from the reg screw....Sent it back and they took care of it but shipped it to someone else!! Ended up well enough as I got the gun back finally but yeah....

Ordered a .25 Crown magazine and was sent a .22 so had to wait another few days for a replacement...

Seems they may have a bit of a quality control problem.....Was looking for a single dealer to handle everything for me and when they dropped the ball on the Dreamline that was enough to turn me off but luckily found Trenier Outdoors and have a great relationship with them... 

Ha, wonder if Utah would have handled things differently if they saw my past few months of purchases from Trenier!!

Wow I’ve had the opposite from them. They do pickup the phone. I’m new to Airguns, so my questions have been asked a thousand times I’m sure. They have been nothing but helpful and patient. My orders have been shipped quickly and accurately with tracking. They have a website that works and if the item isn’t in stock it says so. They’re videos are well produced and have tons of information. I’m really sorry for your difficulties dealing with them. Probably a conversation with the boss at Utah Airguns might be helpful. I guess my run of good luck with them has run out. Got an FX Pocket chronograph from them. Looks like the two halves were pried apart with a screwdriver. Their response they all come like that. No barrel bands included, no way to mount to a tripod-you have to request a special part from FX. If I want to return it, I have to pay a re-stocking fee-their "terms and conditions". I have terms and conditions too-I don't deal with bad vendors, and I have done a lot of business with UA. Things they are a changing.

I have had good luck with UA, they are sometimes slow in responding (more lately than before) but I think that is because of the current pandemic situation more than anything. Email responses have been fantastic though. Most notably Mr. Tuckett, he was gracious and patient with me while I waited and fussed about getting my Element Helix to my door. Appreciative of guys like him and I hope UA values him as well.

I've had an issue with UA in the past and took along time to get it resolved and was a pain. There's other places I go with my money now.

I believe it’s between Utah air guns and Talon Tunes as I think they are the only places to purchase a tripan veteran. Is talon tunes a better choice? Or is there some where else that sells them ?

Since COVID, I've purchased 2 used FX Impact MkII packages along with 25 tins of pellets, 10 boxes of slugs, Krafton and Loft, SaberTactical, Eaglevision and few minor accessories. 

I've easily spent over $6k, all online, only made one phone call to ask they add on to an order to avoid double shipping costs, they made the accommodation happily. 

My experience has been very satisfactory with Utahairguns.com. 

For others, Brian with Edgunwest.com and Penchetta.com have also been very satisfactory.

Airguns of Arizona sat on a NSA slug order for a month, before I inquired to find out they were out of stock, but they happily accommodated my request to substitute for another product.

Pyramydair.com, very slow in notification and shipping prep times.

Ken Hicks ar Spaweapons.com continues to build and excellent reputation, he dug up an Element Nexus for me when nobody else could.

Tony from talontunes so far have been meh, ordered an Heavy superior liner, he mistakenly sent a regular superior. I called him immediately upon receipt, because I wanted him to set aside the correct liner. He said he had one left and would set it aside for me. I sent back the wrong liner and waited about 10 days. Called him to inquire about my order, he responded by asking me for the tracking number of the returned liner. When I pointed out that he had been in possession for over a week, he said he didn't like my attitude and would refund my PayPal. He was quick with the credit, but it took a day to get reimbursed for the return shipping.

I am new to all this fun, ordered a Crown Continuum from Pyramyd on 6/19, and proceeded to watch the expected in stock date move out week by week. As a backup idea I looked for a Dreamline BullPup, but almost everyone was waiting for new stock to appear. Then I checked Utah Airguns on 7/7, they had one left! I called them to make sure it was really there, as I did not want another rifle on back order, and lo and behold, I got an answer and they took my order over the phone. Arrived 5 days later, followed by the Continuum a week after that. Very happy with the vendor. Also, they mounted a scope I purchased in the deal and also zeroed the scope, no extra charge. I mention this because I had paid extra to Pyramyd for the same service, but the scope came in a separate box. They refunded me the $20 I had paid, but no reason given as to why the service was not performed.

Here's one for Utah Arms. Fast service on the items I have ordered so no gripes with service, but they really need to train whoever ships packages with some common sense do's and don'ts. 

For instance don't send a little tube holding an expensive barrel shroud in a too large of box and only put a little bit of bubble wrap at each end of the box allowing the barrel shroud to bounce and flop around all the way across the country during shipping. This also allowed one end to become an accordion crushing the end of the carton in most of 10 inches. That's not totally on FedEx because if the package was sized and packed properly the packing would have help provide the strength to the package and more unlikely crushed. When it was delivered you could rotate the box and feel the tube bouncing around inside. Fortunately the shroud appears OK but I will know more once it is installed.

I've purchased my first FX rifle from them and was pleased with the overall transaction and price. Extremely nice to do business with. 

I have bought several things from them including a Crown VP. Never had the occasion to contact them, but I must comment on their extremely fast shipping. They run free shipping specials from time to time and on my last order it was at my door in 2 days. 

They are top notch. as far as brands that they carry go, I get all my Kraford and Lypt gear through them only. K&L seems to be in high demand and being still relatively small, my biz degree tells me they have a low production cap as of now. Nonetheless, the Utah guys seem to have dibs on kraford stuff, so look there first if youre in the market for a kls2 or something. my 2 cents.

I drop almost 6000 there putting together my fx , customer service was very good they answered all questions and made it a good experience. I’d absolutely shop there again, now they sucky part Waiting for my new fix to arrive is going to take 8 to 10 weeks  so I sit and look at all the iguanas around my pond hanging around on Borrowed time

I'm so jealous. That would be some fun air gun hunting to say the least. On my list of things I'd like to do.
