Had ordered a DreamLite from them awhile back, last week I decided I wanted to change the scope on my order so I called and spoke to Mike who changed the scope on the order no problem. Yesterday I received the the gun and it was the scope I had originally ordered not the one I had changed to. After first noticing this I at first thought eh it’s not really that big of a deal but after thinking about it for awhile I decided to call this morning and spoke to Mike again and told him what happened and he said he’d send out the scope I was changing to by the end of the day with a return label to send the scope I received back in the same packaging I receive the new one in. I received shipment confirmation a couple hours later! Utah Airguns is definitely a great place to shop for all airgun needs! Mike is definitely a great guy to contact at UA!
