USPS is Horrible

getting closer. i guess it's arriving late because it went on a short vacation.

They made it!!! Received my well traveled slugs today from NSA after the brief late summer vacation to Puerto Rico, . Glad they finally arrived and no damage to the package. Still can't believe the journey these slugs went on but they only arrived 2 days late instead of not at all so I'll call this a win. Just have to keep smiling and laughing and believing that it will all get better...

jeffs55 and sam1223 you both made me smile and laugh. Yesterday our mailman scanned my package but delivered it to my neighbor. I saw him walk past my house so I called out to him and asked don't you have a package for me. He says nothing for you today; I pull out my phone and show him the out for delivery notification. He looks at me and tells me to give him a minute. I think he's going back to the truck but nope he walks two house's back and takes MY package out of the neighbors mailbox.

He brings it to me and wouldn't look me in the eyes. I offered him a cold bottle of water as it was warm out. He said yes please and then apologized for the mistake. I was really upset but realized if I handled this situation the correct way I hopefully won't have that same problem happen again. 
I'm retired so I see the mailman all the time, when they actually deliver the mail. I made a friend instead of making my mailman hate me for calling him out for not paying attention and doing his job correctly.
