Uragan Standard: How to remove barrel?

When you reassemble the gun there are few tricks I use to get it right. First you do want to have an empty mag in place with the action all the way open and the safety on. You want the safety on so the action does not get slammed close while you are putting it back together.
While you are assembling the gun you want to have the barrel as far back as possible but still able to slide the mag in and out. I start with putting a level on the uncovered receiver to get it level. I then use a level on the picatinny rail to get it level and parallel to the receiver. You have to temporarily put the plastic cover in place to make sure the spacing is proper. The plastic cover should be snug to snap in place with no space between the back end and the front of the receiver and no space between the front of the plastic cover and the back of the picatinny block. Remove the cover and put your levels in place, tighten the four grub screws in the receiver that hold the barrel in place. Then while making sure the picatinny rail is level also tighten the grub screws in picatinny block that hold the barrel. Check to make sure your magazine slides in and out. Then snap the plastic cover in place, make sure there is no spacing at either end of the plastic cover. Put all your screws in with a mild torque. Put the stock back on and your ready to enjoy one of the finest airguns on the market.

Yeah Charlie, I did not check for spacing the first time I took my barrel out. I had daylight showing between the back end and the front of the receiver on my Vulcan2 Tactic. I just put everything back together without checking … you know … if a screw went in this hole, I put it in thinking that everything would be alright. What I ended up with was a trigger so light it would go off just by breathing on it … bump it on the ground and it would fire. Could not figure out why that was happening, I hadn't done anything that should have changed the trigger in any way. Luckily I had made a few close up pictures of the gun before taking it apart and there was no daylight between the back end and front of the receiver in the pictures … and now there was. Soooo apparently, by not having the pieces placed just right, it had taken some of the slack out of the trigger linkage, giving it a hair trigger.
There is a very close integration going on in these guns between the spacing of the back end and front of the receiver that effects both the trigger and the safety.
