Breech o-ring?

Need more details, could be a number of things.

Charlie Frear is a good source for these questions. He shared that the Reg question wasn't with the .30's but that other calibers might be susceptible.Hang in there, and maybe give Charlie a call? He's a good cat, knows his product .

Yea its kind of a pain they dont come with a reg pressure gage. What pressure is in the bottle? Shoot it down to 160 bar over the chrono and check back in.

Also, quick easy checks is make sure the hst adjuster didnt come loose. A 1/4 turn is huge on these guns.

Sounds totally reasonable! Assuming you are using the OEM hammer spring adjuster and not an aftermarket one. If not put back the factory adjuster.

Also inspect condition of the hammer spring and flip it around see if that helps some.

I’ve seen a few Uragán have their barrels not fully secured and “slid” forward. This effect the transfer port alignment and could lower velocity if poor alignment is present.

I have had that same problem and yes it was a 30 Caliber Uragan, I brought mine's from Charlie Fear and it turn out it was the Factory Regulator some with the o rings to small

any way i had him to put in a Huma and it seen to work. hope this help.

Id like to bring this old thread back up. Ive actually been having this problem for awhile now when the gun sits a long time. It seems to be the hammer spring. Agt might want to look into this. Its not backing off. Every few months I need to go in another 1/4-1/2 turn to regain fps. 

Vmaxpro ..Q .. what will be the solution when the hammer spring is max out.. change the spring..? Could it be that the spring is weak n lose tension over time ..? N were could a better spring could be purchased..?

All coil springs take a “set” . This is more common to see in springers but does appear in PCP’s that use springs for the hammer. Regulator creep I’ll also require more hammer spring tension to open the valve if the pressure climbs too high. That’s where I’d be looking. If you need a replacement spring because it is weak , McMaster Carr has a good selection , just need to measure coil OD, wire diameter and number of coils , I typically use a stiffer than stock spring to eliminate any hammer bounce. 

The spring in the uragan is extremely stiff with alot of preload. It uses a swinging hammer with short travel. A 1/4 turn goes a long way! It may of just been a bad run of springs. I’ll prob just find a replacement.

It is not the same 44.77 grain than 50.1 grains.

930 in 50.1 grains is A LOT of power for a Uragan.

1030fps with 65.5 nsa slugs here. After about 2 months it creeps down to about 925. Another 1/2 turn and its right back. The only thing i can see is the spring is getting weaker?
