Unboxing the Daystate Wolverine "R" sidelever

I just got off the phone with Airguns Of Arizona and was told the first shipment of Wolverine "R's" were ordered WITHOUT the moderator. No real reason given though.

I told them I was getting a lot of questions about that and they said it will be reviewed and maybe they will be included in the next shipment.. That is all I can find out for now. I will be calling back in month and if they choose to include the moderator from now on, I may get one when they come in.

I did mention that a lot of people were questioning me as to what goes with the moderator and it would be a good idea to address the issue.

There is no visible screw to change the regulator pressure and because the manual is generic to the Wolverines without the regulator, nothing is stated as to how or even if you can do it.

There are a few burps so far that Daystate has to work out. The manual for one. A notification that the cocking lever is not user interchangeable and if the gun comes with a moderator or not. I got the impression that the supplier, in this case, Airguns of Arizona decides about the moderator. It is something that has to be asked when ordering. I didn't because the web site shows it with one. I am pursuing it further.

"markmccready"I have been told that the side levers can be changed over. The way to do it is the same as it is done on the Pullsar. So if you guys can get your hands on a Pullsar instruction book it should show you how to do it.

Nope, it is probably closer to the Renegade minus the electronics, but even then it is different. I took the cocking handle off and there is a ball bearing behind it that actuates an arm in there.

Airguns of Arizona is going to make a video as to how to do it. i have been in contact with them frequently in the last week. I was told it is not a super hard or easy job, but not one that should be attempted without guidance and some good tools.

I will wait for the video and decide not so much if I can do it or not, because I know I can, but if by then, I may not want to move it over.
