Tuning UH-oh! Gun leaking from burst disk

Hey gun guru guys, I need some advice on sourcing a replacement burst disk for my Kral Puncher Breaker. The gun got over filled (my fault) and then left in a cold cold garage. Not sure how much was due to temperature, suspect more due to the 500+ psi over fill.

The leak has been traced to the burst disk. Now the gun is safely degassed and waiting for a replacement. I am completely ignorant of burst disk specifics. Where do you source them from and what kind of parameters are measured?

Man, you guys are GREAT! I re-watched a video from Troy H - and he suggested that the burst disk may be loose in the threads. A quick 1/8 turn with a 3mm hex and the leak has stopped. Happy Days are here again

Yes,l if it is a leak, not tight enough or need teflon tape or o ring. If it is wooshing our with rapid emptying, it has burst. You'rs is only a leak. ;<)

JimNM, did you perform and complete the tightening of the burst disk? If so was it a difficult task?!

Yes and no. Yes I did fix the issue. No it was not difficult.

The Puncher Breaker has a brass insert on the tube. That insert is threaded and filled by a hex drive set screw. That set screw hold a the burst disc in place. The set screw had worked itself loose. IIRC, it is a 3mm hex that fits. Snug it up tight and no more air leak.
