Has someone here could help me with the “ manual of instructions” of the parts of the Tuxing Compressor (TXES023)? They didn’t sent me the manual with the product when i bought, now i need to do a maintenance parts and need of manual to desassemble it.

I recently purchased the tuxing compressor from Veradium Air who is now the dealer and repair man for the US , and so far I haven’t had a single issue with it . I have the one hour 4500 psi scba bottles and have topped them off several time , there’s a couple things that stands out to me . One of the things I like is the double tuned filter system one being the larger cotton filter and the other being the molecular sieve they also have a sieve inlet air dryer. The other thing that stood out to me was the larger (radiator) if I remember correctly from the av it’s almost twice the size . Hope this helps

Under NO Circumstances use standard tool room oil in your compressor. Do not use #46 hydraulic oil. Youg Heng has dropped the recommendation due to # 46 caused failures.
Us proper High Pressure oils only. It is not about crank case crank rod wear but rather the carbon build up on the high side valves and piston/ cylinder walls due to the oils burning and producing the carbon. It will cause loos of pressure in the high side, make the compressor work harder and run at a much higher pressure.
Worst case, it can cause blow by in the valves/high side piston which can enter the crank case and has more than once caused a catastrophic failure including the crank case cover blowing off with force.
Use Coltri, Nuvair, Bauer, Mobil Rarus 827 for similar. Alkin has posted the dangers of using lesser oils, and their units run much cooler than what we see in the Chinese offerings.
The info can be seen at Nuvair, and their oil is when bought by the gallon, Less expensive than even the inappropriate Royal Purple.

Şekil 2-Compressor Unit W31 Series compressors are design and manufactured with intercooler serpentine located between 1st -2 nd Stage cylinders, and aftercooler located at the 3rd Stage outlet. There are water separators at the outlet of 2nd Stage intercooler and at outlet of 3rd Stage aftercooler. Water Separators are connected to auto drain valves that periodically drains the condensate water. The duration and frequency of opening of these drain valves are determined by the time relay located in the electric panel. (Please see Check section.) This time relay can be set for both functions. There is a Safety Valve at each stage to prevent an unwanted increase in pressure resulted from a problem in valves or any other parts. It must be periodically checked that, these safety valves are working properly and they keep their set pressure values. (Please see Maintenance Table.) W31 Series compressors are equipped with stainless valves at each stage that are designed to maintain the airflow without any loss of pressure. They are easy to maintain and replace. The maintenance of valves are especially important as they are the main parts in proper and problem-free working of compressors. Lubricants not approved by ALKIN can prevent valves from working properly due to the accumulation of carbon on springs and washers. Valves not working properly will cause an increase in working temperature and the deterioration of lubricant, thus in return, will further break down the valves. Max working pressure is 350 bar and, it is dangerous and strictly prohibited to set a value higher than 350 bar. ALKIN will not be held liable for any problems resulting from acting otherwise. Working temperature range of the compressor is –10/+50 ºC.
Pay attention people. The Alkin is a much tougher unit and it cannot stand up to improper oil. How can a lesser, hotter running compressor be expected to live a log useful life is so treated.

A good way to keep the little Y.H. cool in extended fills. It never gets above 48c while filling an 88 cf bottle from 3400 to 4300 psi. Material is multi layers of ole sweat shirt cut into strips and wrapped on the air lines and wet wit distilled water. I play to mix a little redline water wetter or royal purple ice in the water.

No Kidding! I typically shoot between 30 and 500 slug's a day In testing here in Central Texas, which allows it most for the year. Lot's of air!

I am getting the new Coltri clone from BThurman. It much lower in cost than the davv, and unlike Davv, there is customer support. Davv has abandoned the customer base.
Thurman was able to get full info on it, as we both wanted to know if it had crank to rod bearings as virtually no Chinese compressors made for our uses do.
He was able to find out this week. It took a while due to Chinese New year. Woo-Hoo, It does!!!
Not only bearing on the rod end, gut a bronze bearing on the rod to piston end. But it goes further than that. It has actual caged roller bearings on the crank to rod end. Not like auto Babbitt bearings, but rather think high rpm, high performance motor cycle or F-1 race engine tech.
It is a full blown dive compressor, and is certified. 4 stages, 3.5 cfm.
I will try and post a few pics of what it looks like. you will notice that the rod is extremely short. We Hot Rodders know well that short stroke makes for a high reving, near bullet proof lower end. At the low rpm this unit operates at, it should live a very long life.

A little north of 1600 bucks for the basic model.. Shipping I have no idea as I'm driving there to pick it up. Only a few hundred miles away. LOL

Looks good. Over $1000 less than the comparable Coltri MCH-6 ($2700). I’m sure you’ll let us know how it works out.

It's $2500 for the real thing including an hour meter foster fill whip with vent, pmv, extra oil, and 330 bar pressure relief valve, vs $1600 for a basic clone. It will take about $100-$200 to get the clone setup so a savings of maybe $700--$800.The clone looks good so it might be worth the risk to save 30%.

Believe me, I would love a top name brand. Alkin, Oh Yeah. Bauer, O h hell yes! But being just flat poor, I'm willing to give it a try. No bucks needed to get it set up. all I need is included, + No shipping for myself, as it is here in Texas.
did I mention I traded for it? We both have something the other wants or needs. That is the way a trade should be.
