Tune up Benjamin Bulldog (pcp)

I know Travis from Wicked Air Rifles did a pretty good tune on Mr. Hollowpoints Bulldog. He got considerably more FPE out of it,unfortunately the reservoir is a bit small and the mechanics of the sidelever don't allow for heavier spring. Personally I would like to see a kit arranged consisting of a TJ barrel in .30 as so the gun can shoot JSBs. As the gun is now I have yet to see many good groups past 60yards. I think the gun would be amazing as a pellet shooter. If you look at Mr.Hollowpoints channel on YouTube you can find that video. Pretty informative :)

Thanks Crosman999.
I found the video and yeah .the result was pretty much impressive ..increase more than 100 fps with JSB 81 grains !! ..great tune up. Unfortunately Mr. Hollowpoints did not film the accuracy result on anypellets or slugs he used. And how the Wickedairrifles did tune up were not explained clearly ..only the same comments as you mentioned.
I believe we may and possible to discuss technically deeper about tune up / dress up for any pcp guns brand in this forum - I did not see one so far - not only sharing our experiences in the limited forums topic that available.
Maybe administrator on this airgun nation could open one more forum topic for tune up / dress up / trouble shooting for our pcp guns.
I am so curios about it.

Maybe I just have an anomaly, but my bulldog shoots 81gr jsb's very well out to 100 yards (never put it on paper further). It shoots right at MOA to 1.5moa religiously. However, it won't shoot bullets worth a damn. The best bullet so far is 1.5" at 30 yards😣.

My Bulldog has been pretty accurate at 50 yards. I haven't pushed it much past that though. I shot it about 2 weeks ago and I was able to hit empty shotgun shells at 45-50yards pretty reliably using JSB pellets and bullets. The bullets were consistent, but POI was shifted to the right. I just adjusted in the scope and hit what I wanted. It isn't a high-precision weapon though. It's more like a precision sledghammer.

I'm one of the guys in the post that tkerrigan posted a link to.
Mine is consistently putting out around 230'# of energy. And my best / most accurate bullet so far is Mr hollowpoint 140g.
I tried some 81g JSBs today but I had to tune it way down to make them fly straight. Where is the fun in that?
I have some Aeromagnum test ammo on the way and I'm very hopeful about it.
Until just recently I was getting 1" groups at 50yrds. Lately that had gone to about a 2.5" group. I'm sure it's just a dirty barrel or loose scope mount or something.
But it will put the smack down on varmits and rabbits and hogs. It's one hell of a gun.
