Never thought I'd be recommending a foster fitting but after buying them from amazon I found out there is a difference in quality.

Tony at Talon Tunes sells a male foster fitting that is designed slightly different and he says it's an improvement over the old design. I can say he is definitely right.

It's a bit shorter and was like night and day when attaching the air hose to it. Worth the money.
 
Good that you have found some that actually fit together properly as that is not always the case.

Many of the Chinese fittings, I have purchased in the past, won't even fit together and buying them from the same dealer did not guarantee proper fitment either. So, after figuring this out by trial and error, I started purchasing the Ninja brand, some years back, because they are US made and always fit together.



Check out the differences in the collar part of these male foster fittings and you will understand the Chinese way.

This is the one from Tony. I know it's a little shorter but I haven't looked into any other design changes.
