I have a slow leak in the air fill port and need to remove it to replace a delrin washer that's causing problem. I also need to remove other end of air tube to install Lane regulator. I tried heating with heat gun and turn muzzle end. but couldn't get to budge. Pyramid air wants me to send it to them and they will fix it. But that would be 20.00 shipping and a month of waiting. I have always fixed all my guns my self. If they would just stop putting locktite on the threads it would be easy to work on. I just cant seem to break-down the glue they put on this air rifle. Does anybody have an idea on how to break these end caps loose from the glue they put on them? I held the heat gun about 5 minutes,rotating it and trying to turn the fill port as I heated.

I would like to know this also , my KPB started leaking from the fill port area, so bad that I cannot fill the a/g, I watched Troy's vid, but it does not show the port fill disassembly, at least , not that I can see, I am subscribed to this thread. roger
