Troy Hammer

So here is what I know, or don't know. I ordered a Kral Puncher Breaker on 1/18. PayPal was charged. I emailed, called, texted and messaged through 2 Facebook pages with no response. On Thursday 2/7 I filed a dispute with PayPal. On Friday 2/8 I received an email from Troy saying that my rifle was ready and did I want the rifle or a refund. Also said that he had been trying to email me, but was having trouble with his phone . I said send rifle. No response. Monday I emailed him and asked if it shipped. No response .It is now Thursday. No response.

" but he’s a standup guy who’s been run over by real life problems this year "

It just does not look that way. , he got overwhelmed last year as well as the year before, and had time to shoot at a major ( advertising) event.

He log's in on this forum about once a week, doesn't ever care to comment ( do a forum search for "annihilator airguns" also) .

" He is the Kral tuner " NO he is not. You must deliver work product to be a tuner. As far as Karl and knowing them, nothing new in airguns for a good long while , not sure AZ has ever seen one, certain he could fix one up tho and there are MANY airgun smiths very capable to work on said model and they will state a turn around time ( say 6 weeks max) and the deliver!

Hopefully Troy WILL pop in on one of these threads and make everything a okay with everyone he's shafted but until then I honestly feel recommending him at all is unethical.

I've been having some difficulties with an order for a rifle as well.

I tried to order from the Annihilator website, but PayPal wouldn't work, so I gave him my info via email.

The order Charged to my account on Feb 23. I was told it'd be shipping on March 28th. It did not ship. No responses to a few emails.

Finally got a response and was told it would ship April 14th and I'd get shipping info. "That's fine," I said, "I appreciate the update." Didn't receive shipping info. No responses to any more emails.

I am willing to give someone the benefit of the doubt, but I do not appreciate false promises/lying.

It sounds to me like another Baxter Walton story.. this one was supposedly a hatsan tuner 6 or 7 years ago stated well n go down hill from there..lots of people losse money with him..when all came to light..he also had rip off people in radio control hobby so he changed to airguns n stated again..who knows in what hobby he is riping people now....having a bad time is no excuse..if can't do your job for any given reason....stop taking people's money until you could deliver..as simple as that .. I have a business to n if I'm to busy..I simple Don take deposits n tell my client that it be done when it be done then I call them to pick the item is done.. if they are in a hurry or short of time I simply don't take the work...I'm a one man operation to I deliver perfection that takes time..they know they wait...easier for those who decide to wait, because I don't have their money to..

I don't take deposits or payment upfront. It is a lot for a one man shop. I have almost 900 rifles here that are either new and have to be prepped and tested or guns for tunes. Plus the parts I make. Right now I'm not even accepting tunes until March so I can get through what I have. And sir I'm no Baxter Walton.
