Escargot...cooked snails in the shell, dipped in hot butter, are a French delicacy. I prefer mine chopped up on a thin crust anchovy pizza.

However, since this was a headshot, not a heart/lung shot, the edible meat was severely damaged, and I was unable to field dress it properly, and so left it for nature to take care of the remains.

To appease Marflo's sensitive nature, I have foregone Escargot on my most recent pizza, and substituted sauteed mushrooms instead. They taste remarkably the same!
