I had my first experience with Trenier on Wednesday this week. Never actually heard about them until checking out this section of the forum. I was trying to order a scope and some pellets and pay by using some Visa gift cards I had. The online ordering section of their website didn’t like something about it and I wasn’t able to place the order. I couldn’t find a phone number to call my order in, so I decided to submit my info on the support section of their website. Within an hour they called me back and resolved the issue with the Visa gift cards. Later that day I received the tracking info on my shipment.
Good selection and prices, courteous and prompt service and quick packaging and shipping, not to mention reasonable shipping charges.....what else can we ask for in a vendor to support our Airgun habits? Trenier has definitely earned my future business.
