TREE RATS ARE OUT AGAIN

GUY BEHIND MY HOUSE HAD 5-6 PINE TREES AND FEW MAPLES HE HAD A TREE GUY CUT DOWN LAST FEW DAYS. HE GETTING A POOL INSTALLED TODAY OR SOON HE SAID. SO THE TREE RATS ARE OUT POOR DOG GETS ABUSED FROM THEM ALL OVER THE PLACE AND I SEE MY FENCES ARE FRESH CHEW MARKS ALL OVER THE PLACE, TOOK A SHOWER WIFE SAID 2 WERE OUT CHEWING AND TIPPING OVER THE BIRD FEEDER, GOT THE ONE AND WILL CLEAN MORE OF THEM OUT LATER TODAY IF I SEE MORE

It's funny. I live in the country, outside Dallas, Texas. When I lived in the city, there were tons of squirrels. Out here in the country, I barely see them. Something about all the predatory raptors, etc. Same with rabbits. In the city, you couldn't hardly keep flowers in your yard because the rabbits would eat them. Out here, in their natural habitat, they're rarely seen.

Absolutely, I’ve noticed the same here in south central PA. While I would say there are plenty around, I’ve noticed that they are incredibly wary. Probably the abundance of raptors and other predators…
