Too many barrels?

When I had my impact and started to accumulate different barrels I ran into the same situation you have. I have a plumbing shop next to my shop, I saw that they had scrap pvc tubes so I ask if I could have some. I cut the pvc tube to fit the barrel length, capped one end and used a screw on end on the other. It kept my barrels secure and I could label them so that I knew what barrel was inside. I don't have the gun and barrels anymore to show you pictures of my set up but you get the idea. Also to keep the pvc tubes together I would just tie a cord around them and stand them up in my safe.

I just got a set if tubes from Amazon for the same purpose. I have two Impacts and around five barrel kits. I tape one end shut and make sure to label them.

I wrap them in bubble wrap and keep them in paper tubes

Per Dallas description, it sounds like a really big square of neoprene. Then sewn like a tool wrap?

PVC pipe works well. Glue a cap on one end and a screw cap on the other. You can get various diameters and cut to the length you want. These offer superior protection.
