A few weeks ago, I posted that my OSC Compressor went down. The motor would run, but the compressor would not. The staff at AOA hooked me up with Todd Brown, service rep for Raptor Pneumatics, the manufacturer for the Omega Super Charger Compressor. Making a long story short, it turns out that I had two issues - one was the wiring had failed within the mold of the water pump, causing it not to pump water, and the compressor sensor to shut off (a good thing). Once I had that fixed with Todd's help, I found that I had a water leak - small, but none-the-less a leak that needed to be addressed. Todd had the part in stock and mailed it to me at a very fair price.
The best part of this review is that Todd was always responsive via the phone, and very patient. He answered me at 7:30 pm eastern time, and stayed in communication with me throughout the diagnosis and repair process. I can't say enough positive about Todd and his attitude towards his customers.
My compressor is back functioning. For those reading this that have one of these, I did make take some wiring loom and encase the small wires leading to the water pump, better securing them and shielding them from vibration. Hopefully this will keep me from encountering this issue again. My compressor had 41 hours on it at the time of failure.
I remain very satisfied, in-spite of the issues encountered, because of the convenience it affords. I am even more comfortable now with my purchase knowing that Todd is there to help me to continue to get value out of my investment.
