To My RedWolf people

Does anyone who had a Redwolf have their stock pressures written down???? I know they are gun proprietary, but I just want to see what stock numbers look like to settle a question in my mind. The AoA instructions video says do it one way, but I have found that some of the stock numbers don't agree with that principle. If you have a hand held and you can tell me what your Hi, Mid and Lo units are, that would be great. for example Hi might be 3400, mid 3000 and low 2800. There is a difference in the way they seem to do it and the way the stock numbers I have seen look. So please help me out here with stock numbers.

To be more clear, Level one might be 3400, 3000, 2800 (Hi setting)

Level 2 might be 2875, 2525, 200 (mid setting)

Level 3 might be 2400, 2350, 2250 (lo setting)

Those are the only numbers I need. Thanks a bunch for your help.

I'm trying to settle the difference between the first number, 3400, the second 3000 and the third 2800. Those are NOT exact numbers. Just making them up. But the video says "In order to make a change to the speed, you must do it to all three phases. So if you subtract 100 from 3400, you must subtract 100 from 3000 and 2800.

Well, if you do that, you change the percentages between the numbers and also change the curve of the bell. I won't go farther with my thoerey until I have more research. But no wonder people are screwing up the way their guns shoots if they are actually doing what is said in the video.

Red Wolf HP .303

Level 1 (Stock)

High Pulse - 3,550

Mid Pulse - 3,050

Low Pulse - 2,750

I haven’t started fooling around with power level 2 or 3 yet.

I can assure you that if you do nothing but increase the high, mid and low pulse by 200 like in the video you will not have a consistent shot string, at least not with the .30 caliber.

I have adjusted every parameter (HS, LS, High, Mid and Low pulse, High, Mid and Low bits etc.) You will not screw up your rifle if you saved all of the original settings.

My new settings don’t even resemble the factory settings and I now have a extremely flat shot curve (9 FPS extreme spread) and I’ve gone from 63 FPE (stock) to 71 FPE.

I did sacrifice about 5 shots ‘on reg’ with my newest settings. Also, despite what the video my state, the HS and LS numbers do not have to remain the same. These are going to change if you adjust the high, mid or low pressure bits, which in turn will change the corresponding high, mid or low pressure (bar).

What indicates the actual bar that the pulse transitions to the next lower pulse setting? Is that the BITS? Just wondering. I'm finding that on my .22 hp, I have a slight POI shift when it goes just past 200b. Meaning if I fill to 230b, I get the same POI right up until 200b. Then a slight shift down and left. Nothing serious, but it does it every time. It stays that way until about 150b. So I wanted to look at whatever settings it might be that correspond with those changes just to see if there is something that matches the "setting" with the poi shift.

Have you checked your FPS when it drops below 200bar?, I was chronographing mine when I first got it shooting JSB 25gr. On hp setting And noticed a drop by about 25-30fps around that transition below 200bar???, didn’t put to much into it because I was shooting indoors breaking in barrel, cleaning etc. wasn’t worried about POI at that time! But now u got me thinking... going to verify if what I was seeing was actuality?
