I love my R HP .22. have at least of pellets through it. I'm not having good luck with NSA slugs (tried the 22GR. .217 cal). Anyone find slugs that work well?

HST on these HP Wolverines is fixed, here you have a valve opening adjustment, the hammer in the front side (the one that makes contact with the valve pin) have a screw, The more this screw comes out, the more the valve will open, to make this adjustment you have to have access the hammer system and then loosen a set screw that secures this screw that I am talking about, then through the back of the hammer with a allen key (not sure if it´s 3mm or 4mm) you can turn it clockwise to expose this screw and it will open the valve more and increase the power, you must be careful as this can compromise the efficiency of the rifle, I found that the best configuration in my case was to set the regulator at 165-170bar and adjust that screw until reaching a speed of about 910 fps with the redesigned jsb monster pellet, Although the regulator is at 170bar, you can continue firing the rifle and it will give you a good consistency and will maintain the average due to the design of the hammer and valve, so it does not mean that you can only use from 250 to 170, in my case I keep shooting down to 140bar with no problem.
