Douger, you can email MK Machining and send them pics of your scope, then pics of caliper measurements of the dial diameter, any protrusion tabs, etc. I am currently working with them to make me a throw lever for my Monstrum scope for the zoom focus dial along with a mini one for the side focus knob. It’ll be made out of polymer. 

You can also view their library of scope throw levers, to see if your model scope already has a throw lever designed by them.

JYMN, or Douger when you get yours, do you mind getting a set of calipers and letting me know the width of the actual strap? The side focus knob on one of my scopes is really tight to turn(brand new scope), and I’m thinking about a small, mini type throw lever on it to help with adjusting focus.

Sintercore sure ships fast, ordered today(fri) and shipped today, usps says monday to my door. got 1 tall(for side parallax) and 1 short(for magnification ring)

putting them on my Athlon argos. got a UTG wheel on it now and don't care for it. I will mount it with the lever pointing down at 30-35 yds and should be able to adjust with just my left thumb 

Douger, thanks for posting that. Is that the extra tall version? 

Also, did you order that as a throw lever for your side focus like I have planned? I thought it was for your ocular zoom power.
