This scope is fire- Delta Javelin 4/5-30X56

What's the minimum focus? Would be great to see a head to head with the Tract Toric.

Looks like parallax is 25M for the Javelin.

Where does this fit in their lineup?

I don't see any reason to get this over the Stryker. The Stryker is 5-50 and focuses down to 10m at the same price. What does this one do that the Stryker doesn't?

25 meter minimum parallax will keep me from being able to use it for FT or close in.

Both Javelin and Stryker 4.5-30x56 are FFP, Sryker 5-50x56 is SFP,

As for 10 vs 25 minimum parallax , I don't see myself shooting .25 cal or .30 cal gun any closer then 25 yards , but for smaller calibers or FT 10 yard parallax it's a must.

FFP was a reason I chose Stryker 4.5-30x56 over Sryker 5-50x56 for my .25 cal rig and don't miss 10 yard parallax a bit.

Ahh. I didn't catch the FFP. I'm fine with FFP or SFP. For me I would rather have the extra flexibility of the additional magnification and the close focus. Horses for courses.

The Stryker is the only high end scope I own. I wish I had them on everything, but that is beyond my budget.

Hello edgun iam wondering if you know when they say a scopes parallax says 25m does that mean even on lowest mag it still won’t come down to 10m as the javelin is £500 more than the Stryker in the uk thanks george

Worthless and nonconstructive(sic)? Seems exactly what you just did.

I was just noting the weight of the scope. Plenty of HIGH mag scopes right at a lb. (think Leupold) For Air Rifle use I see ZERO need for a 30 power scope.

with street price of 1k vs 1500 for the Stryker it’s just their new “mid” range scope and likely not made in Japan like Stryker and titanium. The Stryker seems to be a pretty good scope and descent price for a Japan scope.

Just because I don't agree with everything that everybody says doesn't mean I'm trolling. The title says 4/5-30x56. So in essence your the one who started trolling because I don't know of any scopes this size that are less than 1 pound. But if you can prove me wrong I'm all ears.
