Mine can stack them FX Hybrids at 30 yards. Speed was 787 though. I don’t really have the means to work on them. That and I’m OK with that. It’s a neighborhood after all.

Yes. Slugs+Neighborhood = Eventual lawsuit. When you glance one off something it sounds like a spaghetti western.

100% agree! I was shocked by the ricochet sound they made, a bit unnerving. At 30 yards there is zero reason to even try slugs.

Just like a regular slug, until it hits something. Are slugs a game changer for airguns? Yes in more ways than one. I am actually considering pulling my .25 Priest off slugs and just keeping my Taipan shooting 22gr slugs in .22cal. My Priest is borderline a rimfire. Gotta know when to say when.

The Veteran will be shooting where you aim after your FX is in the junk pile. You have a shooter's gun, and a tinkerer's gun. Nothing wrong with either, take your choice, or enjoy both.
