This Daystate Red Wolf Safari

The only difference between the RW HP and the Safari is the stock. Both will sport the ART barrels in .25 from what I understand. I've been testing mine now for a few days.... INCREDIBLE! I'm sure you'll love it. 945 w MkII Heavies in factory programmed state and 920 w Kings on low. Spanks the snot out my steel targets at 100.

Anyway , have fun!

Bob

The .25 cal RW HP does not have the the new barrel. Only the new Electronics ver 2 only have the new barrels.

The difference in Safari is much more than stock. I guarantee that as I have both. Stocks are not even interchangeable with new electronics.

Put a Huggett Belita LDC on. This is a 10 shot 40 yard grouping. Variable winds to 5mph. Again Caldwell tripod not the best rest... Feel good about the Safari. Even with only 50 shots thru it it is nearly as good as my .25 cal RW HP. 100 yard range is a couple of weeks away so no holding your breath :)

No shot string yet, not really that interested in it because I purchased the Safari to hunt with. Getting ~960ish Chronograph. 3 mags and I get low pressure warning 174 bar stating at 250 bar (SWP 250). Been wrestling with NSA slugs which I would like for hunting. My opinion is don't bother because with the new ART Polygon barrel they are all over the place with the 3 different slugs I tried! Kind of makes sense because slugs are not recommended with FX smooth twist barrels. When I do a shot string I will post. The safari is a tack driver with MKIIs so I am think it is probably good...
