Think I Will Be Buying My Dream Springer Friday

The Weihrauch folks build a great set of guns. All good ! I had a AA TX200 , and a good rifle as well , and in the same company. I traded it for a Diana Air King 54. I find that rifle a bit more accurate because of the recoilless feature. My first springer is a FWB 124D from ARH in 1979. I also have in my springer collection an amazing Anschutz 380. Love the springs !

Get it you won't regret it!!!!

If I had to sell them all my 97 .20cal would be the last to go....mine is far from bone stock but they shoot awesome right from the factory.

I'd actually like to find a deal on a thumb hole stock for mine...Pyramid wants $399 and that's a bit ridiculous don't you think...

James from Michigan,

James, unless you are set on the beech wood stock Pyramyd also sells the synthetic thumbhole stock for the HW 97 and they have 2 in stock @ 154.79

Funny thing is you can buy a Air Arms walnut stock for the Pro Sport for just 290.00

So you finally broke down! LOL, awesome!! Can’t wait to see it. I hope to get mine (not blue) sometime this 1st quarter, if everything lines up.

I am tired of looking at it and wishing I had one.

You could just stop looking at it you know

I know. But I am weak.

Looked at the HW springer guns at AOA and decided the HW 30 that I already have is best of the HW guns for my use. Looked over the entire HW line and they get heavier as you move higher in numbers. The 97 is probably a great shooter but it’s a BIG and heavy rifle .

Ended up ordering a Brocock sniper HP 22 with moderator. Dealt with Larry who thought it the best available for my use (shooting pigeons off silo’s).

AOA show room is much smaller then I envisioned it to be. Still an impressive place Nice folks No pressure sales . Highly recommend worth the time to stop and see
