Think I blew an O-ring (Update: Bleeder ball)

I put about 200 through the .25 Cricket today. Beautiful, no wind, overcast, relaxing. And then I pulled the trigger and BLAM!!! phsssssssssssssss. Kind of felt it around the trigger area but it let out so quick I couldn't tell. Any ideas which O-ring to start with first. Ive never torn one down but I'm watching Ernest's videos now. Thanks

Tore it down, all except the regulator and everything looks good under the spy-glass, One of the rings were it goes into the breech has the slightest flat spot. Not enough to blow out like it did. I don't have a regulator puller, but I assume that's easy to remedy. I have an email into Ernest, hopefully he gets back. Should I just change them all seeing I have it torn down? where do I get a ring kit?

Im emailing back and forth with him now. Damn he is quick!! If we cant figure it out, with my limited knowledge, Ill just ship him the air tube for a complete reseal. I checked the valve stem and its not broken. The tube was at 190 bar when she went. I cleaned it up and put it back together and put a bit of air to it. it just rushes through the tube and out the barrel like nothing holding it back.

Got new O-rings, new silicone grease, cleaned everything up, I found after everything that air is leaking from around the valve stem. I tried to pull the stem out of the metal casing as Ernest said sometimes they brake inside the cup and the stem will pull right out. No luck. The only thing I can think to do is replace the stem unless someone has another suggestion,

Well, on some pre-charged rifles/pistols you can try lapping it to the seat with something NOT course , maybe mothers chrome polish or such. you might also check the the head is square to the shaft of the stem, depending on material and shape you could reface the valve stem, maybe a flat edged ruler with a hole in it, lay a high # grit sandpaper on it the poke valve stem through and spin, then re-lap to seat.

Ok, I learned something new. So I ripped it all apart again, cleaned it spotless and reinstalled the O-rings with a touch of silicon. Aired it to 150 and let it set. She dropped about 40 bar in 5 hours. I mixed a little soap up and started dabbing. Nothing, not a leak anywhere I could find. Well the one thing I didn't check was the bleeder screw. I put it under my magnifier and there it was. Itsy little bubbles around the screw. I started researching on TAG and Kalibr, and found this is a common problem. The fix is a simple one if you have this issue in the future. They make the same screw at 6mm long instead if 5, and it has a nylon tip affixed to the end of the screw that replaces the ball bearing. From what I read there have never been any failures with these and they seal excellent. Unfortunately I could only find them in a package of 5 for $6. Should be here in a few day. Ill have extras if anyone needs one in the future.
