Great pics! I also really enjoy my Evo .177, matter of fact it looks very similar to yours, except mine has the Evolution "fatboy" muzzle device. Shoulders so naturally, great balance, easy to cock and low recoil. The .22 cal Evo is indeed even smoother.

Theoben rifles are the Rolls Royce of springers...imo. That Evo oozes quality. Shoots as nice as it looks. It's a shame that today's popular rifle stocks are plastic with aluminum pieces and barrel inserts instead of machined steel and beautiful wooden stocks. Thanks for sharing your fine example of how they used to do things. 

Pretty cool how you hide little faces or skulls in some of you photography , the Joker is a nice touch. I remember you had some ghoulish looking skull in one of your old pics, I believe it may have been a pic of your Leishy or Lelya, anyway great springer and awesome pictures.

I have an Impact RM100X .22 and it’s pretty much the same gun as a Theoben Classic, shoots 14.3 CP’s @ 830 FPS and very accurate and smooth.

I love theoben air rifles , although being a brit I am a little biased, such a shame they are no more They made beautiful guns 

In response to the inquiry about the stock origin, Theoben stocks were supplied by Custom Stocks in the UK. They were the main supplier for all Brit rifles until the brands were sold (Webley, Daystate, BSA etc.) to European and Asian mega- manufacturers.

Nice find. Except for AA, those hand crafted, beautiful walnut and blued steel English airguns are a thing of the past. Plastic-Fantastic now rules.
