The right pellet for the gun ?

If you are plinking or pesting/hunting at close range most any decent quality pellet will do the job.
If you are serious about accuracy then you will have to try different pellets. Each gun/barrel/tuning is unique so what works for one gun may not for another so you will have to try and see what works best for your setup.
The FX products are generally fond of JSB pellets so that is a good place to start.
Personally I prefer lighter pellets for a flatter trajectory; if you are looking for higher power you may want to try heavier pellets first.

For the most part all three of the .25 FX barrels I have tested shot the JSB King Heavy 33.95gr MKll's very well. So well in fact that I never tried anything else once I found them. Except for the many types of slugs in the slug liner which also shot the MKll's the best.
