The Priest - PCP similar to Impact fom Slovenia

It is built to have optimal performance / shot count / minimum bounce. You can still play around with power by adjusting the hammer spring (it does not have an adjustment screw, you will have to add a washer under the spring to increase the power or have a shorter / weaker spring to decease it). It is very easy to access it simply by unscrewing the butt plate. However I would only recommend decreasing it in .177 only, other calibres have it set just perfectly. I would recommend 125 bar regulator for .177 (around 305 m/s with H&N Baracudas) and .22 (around 295 m/s with 15 grain JSB Jumbos), for .25, you can use either 125 (around 250 m/s with 25 grain JSB Kings) or 150 bar (around 280 m/s with 25 grain JSB Kings) and for .30 (if they decide to release it), definitely 150 bar (around 245 m/s with 44 grain JSBs).

Surely that depends on the pellet. I use hammer spring adjusters (on my guns that have them) to fine tune for specific pellets. If I move to a heavier pellet then I like to increase the power to keep the trajectory as flat as before. Also, certain pellets work better at higher or lower speeds.

On guns without power adjusters
, I tend to just try and find a pellet that works well as I don't like permanent mods.
