That's nice. However, my .177 cal Regal XL -- unregulated -- with the "patented Harper Slingshot hammer and valve" system needs no regulator. I fill to 210 bar and get 65+ accurate shots. The bolt-action is smooth with a short pull. This .177 cal is one of a handful of PCPs that I will never sell.

I just checked the AOA page and it states 15 shots per fill for .25 cal. Is that correct or just a mistake. 15 shots isn't many shots at all. I would love the .25 version but I guess I will go with the .177 some time down the line.

Not that I'm really anxious to mod my Regal XLs (22 & 25), both purchased pre owned; the question that must be asked is
Can the lever operated mechanism be retrofit to earlier models

Those mods came with the rifles. The guns are loud -- sound like rimfire without the mods. Sometimes I use DonnyFL's

Beautiful rifle.
Can you “easily” adjust power and please describe the process for how this is accomplished. I know there is no power wheel or high, med or low like the RW, but it would be nice to adjust power with certain JSB pellets like the 15.89 and 18.1 for the .22 cal model.

p.s. loved my Huntsman Regal XL .22 bolt action with HUMA but could not adjust power easily.

All right Daystate, that's great news!!! I really enjoy my 22XL and have the cocking working very smoothly and have added a Huma so I don't think I'll be selling it to get a side lever but I'm like SilentsSquirrel if a reciever could be added at a decent price I might consider that. Please let us know Daystate.

The Daystate website has different numbers for the .25 - 45 shots @ 30 ft/lbs 20 shots @ 40 ft/lbs. I'm wondering how easy it will be to adjust the power?

What a great upgrade to an already proven rifle! The side lever action just makes the lines look so smooth. Hmmm, think .177 or .22 for me. Might make a nice hunter field target setup? Oh the possibilities. Great job Daystate.

All right Daystate, how true! Great looking gun with a regulator and the sidelever is a definite plus. Why not make it have an ambidextrous stock for lefties though? Your design eliminates about 1/5 of the market. Not trying to be a downer with your beautiful new product but man, the few lefties you make are hard to come by...and if I buy a leftie, my boys can't shoot it.

@stoti I hear you on the ambi stock bit. All that being said, a dedicated left or right hand stock does help the rifle to standout in this day in age with everything else being ambidextrous. I am in a similar boat being left handed with a right handed son. Guess my son will just have to wait and order his own when the time comes. This one is papa’s!

Wow! Love the looks (though the receiver seems too far in front because the bolt is gone), but please keep the bolt action regal without the regulator because I think that’s a gun that should never be discontinued.
