What is a good decible meter app? Not looking to speed a huge amount on one but one decent enough to give repeatable results.

If you have an iPhone, there is a free decibel app.

Nope, android. Saw a bunch on play store but most of the free ones complain of interrupting ads.

I just downloaded a couple to try. Once my Prophet arrives I’ll put my sumo on it to try and see if they work well. So far opening a beer can is 74 decibels but I need further studies to confirm that.

They all have ads, load all of them and report back 🙂

Today i spoke with Francisco on the phone and he said he would be sending my 22 cal barrel kit to me next Monday.  I still want to run the 177 through the paces though before switching over.

In a few weeks I plan to order the cheek riser and then the butt stock extender.

My prophet arrived today and I’m very pleased! Where are you ordering a cheek riser from?

I bought a .30 cal performance and a .22 lr kit from AOA. They set it up with the .22 cal with resigns and shipped it to me. I put a Arken 6x24x50 scope, sumo, accu tac bipod should be here Friday, and I have a butt extender mono pod ordered that should be here in 3 weeks from over the pond. Was able to get the scope mounted this evening and a few pellets squeezed off just to scratch the itch.

I slimmed down for now from a sumo to the tanto. The tanto for the 177 is good. Let’s see how it does for the 22, and if not I’ll get a tatsu.

I’m leaning towards purchasing a Ronin for my .30 cal barrel. I’m not after weight or compact just performance. I mostly will benchrest off of my back porch or shoot hogs from a deer stand

What's your reg and hammer spring set at for that FPS?

Just trying to compare.  Same pellets, 150 and 1 1/2 turns in from flush for the spring.   Getting 955….
